Sound Alignment Session
A focused, restorative experience designed to bring your energy centers and nervous system back into balance through the power of sound. This session offers a personalized reset — calming the mind, regulating the body, and creating space for you to reconnect with yourself.
- Infra-Mat Therapy: Lay on a heated tourmaline and jade-infused infra-mat to soothe the nervous system.
- Direct Vibration: Crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, vibrapoint touch massage bowls, tuning forks, and theta chimes played directly on and around the body.
- Personalized Approach: Includes a brief consultation and energy asssessment to tailor the frequencies to your current needs.

Vibrational Healing Intensive
This is a deeply personalized, multi-layered experience designed for those seeking meaningful reset, clarity, and transformation. Blending sound, energy work, and intentional guidance, this session works on both the physical and energetic levels — creating space for your system to release, recalibrate, and restore. The session includes:
Intention Setting: We begin by honing in on the areas of your life you’d like to address, creating a crystal-clear intention for our work.
Multi-Layered Healing: A powerful combination of hands-on Reiki and sound healing and crystals, to create a full sound immersion.
Advanced Sound Tools: Use of the vibrapoint touch massage bowl, tuning forks, and theta chimes, played directly on the body, to deepen therapeutic effects.
Deep Comfort: Fully supported by the heated tourmaline and jade infra-mat throughout the entire journey.
Personalized Integration: Following your session, you’ll receive a thoughtful follow-up email including a photo of your custom crystal layout, insight into the stones used and their energetic intentions, along with supportive suggestions to help you continue integrating the work beyond our time together.
