Private Vibrational Healing Session – 90 minutes
During this session, you will lay on an heated infra-mat and Kayce will use a combination of hands-on reiki, crystals, crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, vibrapoint touch massage bowl, tuning fork and theta chimes to take you on a personalized journey through healing vibrations. These ancient tools and instruments are played directly on and around the body to affect the energetic and physical field on a more precise cellular level, deepening the therapeutic effects. The 90-minute session includes herbal tea, consultation, time to share anything that came up during the experience and a followup email summary with image of your unique crystal chakra layout. These sessions take place in Kayce”s home sound studio in North East Nashville but she is also available to come to you for an additional fee.

Private Couples / Small Group Sound Bath – 75 minutes
Bring your partner or friends along for a private and intimate sound healing treatment. Soak in the frequencies of the crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, chimes, ocean drum, and/or gong together to create a stronger sense of unity and deepen your relationship. During this 75-minute customized sonic experience, Kayce will lead you through a brief guided meditation to relax the body and encourage present moment awareness together. Bowls can be played directly on you and your partner during this treatment if desired. Herbal tea, oracle card pull and meditation crystals (optional) included. These sessions for up to 4 people are facilitated in Kayce’s North East Nashville home studio but she can come to you for an additional fee.

Crystal Grid + Sound Ceremony – 90 minutes
Tap into the power of sacred geometry and crystals to manifest intentions by creating a beautiful custom crystal grid with your group. Using crystals, herbs, flowers and other sacred elements, Kayce, a Certified Crystal Healer will guide the group in constructing a grid to amplify the positive energy around whatever you are celebrating followed by a crystal alchemy sound bath. Ideal for birthdays, bachelorette parties, baby showers and more, this creative and interactive process will give your group the opportunity to express their wishes for the occasion and anchor them into a beautiful energetic crystal grid vortex. This experience includes the grid creation and sound bath, as well as the crystals and grid materials for you to keep and can be held at a space you love, or a gorgeous studio in 5 Points, East Nashville.

Corporate and private group sound bath – 45-60 minutes
Give your cells and brain waves a massage! Kayce will guide your group through gentle movement and a brief, relaxing meditation followed by a sound bath using crystal singing bowls, gong, ocean drum, and theta chimes. The frequencies from this sound bath penetrate your body and energetic field to break up stagnant energy and harmonize with your body’s natural vibrations. The crystal singing bowls correlate with the body’s seven main chakras to realign the body and relax the mind. During this treatment, there is nothing to do but breathe and experience a soothing journey through sound. These sessions for groups of 4-20 can be facilitated at a gorgeous studio in 5 Points East Nashville, or she can come to you.

Virtual sound bath (Zoom) – 30 minutes
You don’t have to be in the same room as the bowls to reap the benefits of a sound bath! A 30-minute virtual sound bath with Kayce is facilitated via Zoom and can be an amazing way to ease anxiety and ground yourself and your friends no matter where you are. Similar to an IRL experience, she will lead you and your group through gentle movement to connect with the body and a brief meditation to connect with your mind. She will then play the crystal singing bowls, practitioner bowl, and theta chimes to engage the parasympathetic nervous system leaving participants feeling relaxed and refreshed on a cellular level.
